也总有一群可爱的人，
那样热爱着这个世界和自己的行业，
让我们去和这些美好相遇吧。
There are always some beautiful corners in the world waiting for our discovery.
There is always a group of lovely people who love the world and their own industry so much.

为了调动团队工作热情、提高团队成员间团结协作精神，
进一步增强团队凝聚力，2020年8月26日，
鉄戈門（TEGOMEN ）团队成员开展了为期两天一夜令人难忘的拓展训练。

In order to arouse the enthusiasm of team work, improve the spirit of unity and cooperation among team members,
and further enhance team cohesion, on August 26, 2020,members of the TEGOMEN  team carried out an unforgettable
two-day and one-night Outward Bound training. Let's review the scene together!

鉄戈門团队一道亮丽的风景活动伊始，在教官的带领下团队成员被分成了2个小组。
At the beginning of a beautiful landscape activity,the team members were
divided into two groups under the leadership of instructors.

通过一番头脑风暴，产生了各富特色的队名。拓展训练正式拉开了序幕
Through some brainstorming, the team names of various rich colors were produced.
Outward Bound training officially kicked off

在本次拓展训练项目中，拓展项目激发了大家浓厚的参与兴趣与热情。
面对着一个个充满挑战的体验，各队队员集思广益，团结协作，用思考、汗水在同心协力中成功完成挑战，
也共同分享了成功的喜悦和挑战的激情。
In this Outward Bound training project, the Outward Bound project has stimulated people's strong interest and enthusiasm for participation.
Facing the experience full of challenges one by one, the team members draw on collective wisdom and absorb all useful ideas, unite and cooperate,
successfully complete the challenge with thinking and sweat, and share the joy of success and the passion of challenge together.

拓展训练，累并快乐着！让每个成员懂得了团队的力量，
一个人的优秀远不及一个团队的优秀。在以后的工作中，
我们坚信无论遇到什么困难，我们都不是一个人，而是一个团队在奋斗！

Outward Bound training, tired and happy! Let every member understand the strength of a team.
A person's excellence is far less than that of a team. In the future work,
